At Josey Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise is defective or arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it is not further damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
